EXPLANATION!:)

The place where the earthquake begins, the origin, is called it's focus.. From it's origin point (FOCUS), the vibration waves of the earthquake travels in all directions.. those waves are known as SEISMIC WAVES.. the vibration of the waves depends on the intensity of the earthquakes , the distance from the focus to the epicenter..EPICENTER is the point of the Earth's surface... which is located vertically above the focus.. The earthquake causes a lot of damage to the EPICENTER..
