Thomson model-accrding to this model positive charge of atom is uniformly distrubtd through out the volume of an atom.....it is also calld as plum pudding modl of atom..
Ruthrford model-entire positive charge and mass are concntratd at cntr of an atom calld nucleaus.
Bohrs model-when an electrn jumps frm highr energy orbit to lower electro magnetic radiation is emittd....there is absrption of energy when eletrn jumps frm lower orbit to higher.

Thomsons model stated that:
1.an atom consists of positively charged sphere and the electrons ate embedded in it.
2.the negative and positive charges are equal in magnitude. so the atom as a whole is neutral.

Rutherford model.
(the model was based on the bombardment of alpha particles on thin gold sheet)
1.there is a positive charged centre in an atom called nucleus.
2.nearly all the mass of atom resides in nucleus.
3.the electrons revolve around the nucleus in circular paths.
4.the size of nucleus is very small as compared to the size of atom

Bohr model
1.only certain special orbit called discrete orbit are allowed in an atom.
2.while revolveing in discrete orbit the electrons don't radiate energy

I hope my answer helps you. .......
