Judicial review is the checking made by Supreme court whether the laws made by the parliament ( legislature ) and decisions made by executive are according to Constitution or not.
If the laws and decisions are against the Constitution , judiciary will take action on legislature and executive .
Thus , we can tell that judiciary of our country safeguards the Constitution.

Judicial review means the power of the Supreme Court to declare an ammendment null and void in case of violation of the Constitution .
