1)Citizens elected a group of electors,who in turn selected the assembly hence they were given much power for granting laws in the National assembly.Which was indirectly elected.
2)There were denials unto voting rights due to only men who were 25 years of age and were actively paying taxes equal to 3 days of laborers owed the rights to vote.
3)The remaining men and women were grouped has inactive citizens hence causing negligence with the fellow citizens.
