during the first world war the situation were that when the world war started in 1914 it broke out so the steel demands were more from European war so in India the steel production from Britain decline .2 factor is that the cotton mill decline . India helped British in world war 1 so the grain or food were been sent to huge amount food so many people died there due lack of food scarcity
