THE FUNCTIONS OF GEOGRAPHY ARE:-

• Geography forms a part of social sciences. Geography studies the change in nature and the basics of its growth and progress.
• Geography mostly is known as an explanation of the earth. The earth constitutes numerous things which are studied with the help of geography researchers, it is very difficult to interpret everything we find on earth so to withstand the difficulties with different beliefs and laws that have been proposed.
• The study of the physical and the social environment of the man or in simpler terms the study of the home of man is called Geography.
• The major function of geography is to educate future residents of the world to understand suitably the conditions of the earth and also help them to understand the political and social problems that occur in the world.
