The author had several incidents at the flight. They are:

1. He had spilled a drink on a lady sitting next to him and spilled it again on the same lady when he received another drink.

2. He never used to receive his air miles because he either forgot to use it or                 the airline forgets to credit it.

3. When he tried to take his frequent flier card out of his bag at the Logan International Airport he jammed the zipper of the bag and when he yanked the zipper the bag flew open emptying the contents of the bag.
