There are three main views in which a form is displayed:
- Normal View: This is the main editing view, which is used to design presentation. The views has three working areas: on the left, outline tabs, slides tab.
- Slide Sorter view: This is an exclusive view of slides in thumbnail form. It makes it easy reorder, add, or delete slides and preview transitions and animation effects.
- Slide Show view: It takes up full computer screen. In this View, presentation is shown in actually seen by audience. Graphics, timings, movies, animated effects are shown actual way.
