1.first law states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force
2.
second law defines a force to be equal to the change in momentum with a change in time. Momentum is defined to be the mass m of an object times its velocity V.
3.
third law states that for every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction

According to Newton's first law of motion, if a body is at rest it remains to be at rest, and if it is in motion it continues moving with the same speed.
According to Newton's second law of motion, the rate of change of momentum is directly proportion to the force applied, and is in the direction in which force is applied.
According to Newton's third law of motion, to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
