Some major problems in India are :-

1. Women - The Equal Remuneration Act , provides the equal wages should be paid to equal work . However in almost all areas of work from sports to cinema , to factories and fields , women are paid less than men even when both do exactly the same work .
2. Girl child - In many parts of India parents prefer to have sons and find ways to have the girl child aborted before she is born .
3. Education - Many people require education in India as most of the people are illiterate .
4. Corruption - The most widely spread problem is corruption and we should taken up some steps against this system quickly and wisely .
