Germany invaded the Soviet Union as it was the section of their plan of expansionism.
By invading the Soviet Union, Nazis needed to stabilize authority over Eastern parts of Europe.
They also wanted to guarantee location and routinely food stocks to fed the German population living in the native areas.
However, it was one of the biggest military lapses made by Germany who made an attack on the Soviet Union in 1941
This was estimated to be the memorable mistake and biggest misconception as it displayed German's southwestern front to atmospheric bombardments from Britain and its easterly front to the Soviet red army.
