soo ,
_____TORQUE_____
The turning effect of a force to rotate a body about an axis is called " TORQUE ".
The torque is equal to the product of force and momentum or perpendicular distance of force from the axis of rotation

T = F . P

SI unit : Nm
dimensional formula : M L² T-²

_____ ANGULAR MOMENTUM ____

The quantity of rotation of a body, which is the product of its moment of inertia and its angular velocity.

Hope it helps you ☺
