❇TOOTH DECAY : Scientifically , when the ph value of the mouth becomes less than 5.5 tooth decay starts. Tooth Enamel composed of calcium phosphate is the hardest substance in the body. But it gets corroded due to the low ph value .

❇CAUSE: The main reason of tooth decay is the tiny food particles left in the mouth . When we eat , tiny food particles are left in our mouth . The bacteria act on them and convert them into sugars . This leads to tooth decay.

❇PREVENTION: Tooth decay can be prevented by consuming less of the sweet food . Rinsing the mouth after every meal and Brushing at least TWICE helps to prevent tooth decay.
