Not only fpr public welfare rather than education helps to lead the country ahead on the way of progress.

No country can grow up if its citizens are of ill health. Healthy citizens means healthy country. People in the economy can work effectively and efficiently only if they have a good health. Health facilities by government sector as well as private sector are being provided so as to make the citizens healthy and long-lived.
