since the stars are very distance they appropriate. Size source of light as the path of rays of the light coming from the star goes on wedding slightly the Apparent position of the stars fluctuate and the amount of light entering the eye flickers the charge sometime appears brighter and at some other time Fainter which is the twinkling effect of stars .
