1. During summers, when we use coolers, we pour water it the air inlet which evaporates and cools the air.
2. People keep water in earthen pots because these pots have very small pores. The uppermost layer of water evaporates by taking heat energy of bottom layers of water causing it to cool. The evaporated water gets out of the pot from that small pores.
3. When we pour some acetone on our , we feel cool because the acetone absorbs the heat energy from our palm which makes our palm cool.
