Two factors that contribute to a detrimental relationship.

  1. Drug addiction: Drug use by a member of the family, especially drugs like alcohol that lead to impaired judgments may interfere with the relationship of the family. A drunkard for example may argue or even fight with the family members during that state of highness, this leads to a detrimental relationship as the members of the family can suffer from grief or even sustain injuries.
  2. Family's Financial well-being: The financial well-being of the family can lead to detrimental relationships. For example if the family's bread winner passes on and no other member of the family can provide for the family, the family undergoes low self esteem in the case that they do not get to cope up with the situation.
