The two uses of ammonia are :-

I) Ammonia is used in the production of liquid fertilizer solutions which consists of ammonia, ammonium nitrate,urea and aqua ammonia.
It is used by the fertilizer industry to produce ammonium and nitrate salts.

2)It is used as refrigerant gas and for the purification of water. Ammonia is found in many household and industrial cleaning solutions.

It is also used in the manufacture of plastic,explosives,textiles,pesticides,dyes and other chemicals.
