2.) BHT(Butylated Hydroxytoluene)
Explanation:
The industries add these because they are an Antioxidants means an object which prevents oxidation . Oxygen reacts preferentially with BHA or BHT rather than oxidizing fats or oils, thereby protecting them from spoilage .
