A body is said to be in uniform circular motion if it revolves in a circular path with constant speed.

ln uniform circular motion speed does not change only the direction changes therefore direction of force acting on the particle is always perpendicular to the velocity.

Note 》 since the direction of motion changes at every point then velocity is not constant therefore every circular motion is accelerated motion.
