Explain Use of friction in our daily life

Amusingly enough, there’s a very common example you are extremely familiar with: walking around.
As you impart motion on your feet, your every steps relies on there being enough friction generated between the ground and the underside of your foot or shoe so that it overcomes the forces pushing it backwards along the ground and propels you forward instead.
That friction is generated by the adhesion and roughness of the surfaces in contact. If it’s higher than the force forward you generate, then your foot remains in place.
If it’s not, as might happen if you have a smooth sole and a slick surface like wet ice - then I hope you’ll be able to readjust your center of gravity fast enough that your foot being pushed backwards doesn’t end up with you falling down. :-)
