5. Governance and Institutionality: Distribution of cultural infrastructure, Standard setting framework for culture.
6. Social participation: Participation in cultural activities, Trust, Freedom of self-determination.
7. Gender Equality: Levels Of Gender equality, Perception o0f gender equality.

Role of family:

The children should be treated equally and prioritization and restriction should be avoided.  

The child should be thought how to analyse the problem and react accordingly.

The media should provide awareness to the people about women rights.

Telecast and publish shows and articles that promote development of children.

Role of Teachers:  

The students should be thought how to respect and be discipline.  

The morale of the students should be developed in a positive way.
