- Heritage: Promotion And valorization of heritage.
- Communication: Freedom of Expression, access and Internet use, Diversity of media content.
- Governance and Institutionality: Distribution of cultural infrastructure, Standard setting framework for culture.
- Social participation: Participation in cultural activities, Trust, Freedom of self-determination.
- Gender Equality: Levels Of Gender equality, Perception o0f gender equality.
