Various steps of budding in yeast:
Bud emergence:
- In budding the initial step is bud emergence in this stage the small outgrowth will appear from the parent body along with the movement of cytoplasm.
Nuclear migration:
- After this stage the nuclear migration will occur before this step tge DNA replication will occur to duplicate the nuclear material in the parent cell.
- After the replication of DNA the nuclear material start growing to bud.
- This stage is also called as karyokinesis.
Complete bud development:
- After the completion of these step the bud developing into the full size which is being attached to the parent body.
Separation of bud:
- The bud is separated from the parent then it falls off and germinates into the new individual.
