Workers in unorganised can be protected in the following ways:-
In rural areas, the unorganised sector comprises of landless agricultural labourers, small and marginal farmers, sharecroppers and artisans. Whereas in urban areas, they include workers of small scale industry, casual workers in construction, trade and transport etc.
* The farmers can be supported through adequate facility for timely delivery of seeds, agricultural inputs, credit, storage facilities and marketing outlets.
* Government should provide subsidies for small scale industries for procuring their raw material and marketing of output.
* proper implementation of rules and regulations by the government to protect the workers of unorganised sector.
