• Precipitation : Its a process of delivering water to the Earth.

• Infiltration : It is a process in which precipitation or water soaks into subsurface soils and moves into rocks through cracks and pore spaces.

• Run-off : It is a process in which water running off from the surface.

• Evopotranspiration : It is a sum of evopration from land and transpiration from plants.
