● Weedcides : - These are chemicals which kill the weeds but do not harm the crops. These are sprayed on the fields. The farmers should take care of themselves while spraying weedcides as it can adversely affect their health.




● Pesticides : - This include rats , locusts , weevils , larval stages of some insects and termites. Chemicals sprayed on the crops to kill pests. These chemicals are known as pesticides. Spraying is done manually or by a small articraft.
