Explain what are the difficulties faced by small farmers in arranging capital in comparison with medium and large farmers

small farmers have a dearth of capital. thus they have to borrow money from landlords, money lenders or large farmers. it is not possible for the small farmer to pay exhorbitant taxes on the alreasy huge loans.
