1 - d/100 = (3/4) * 92/100
1 - d/100 = 69/100
(100 - d)/100 = 69/100
Multiply both sides by 100
[(100 - d)/100] * 100 = [69/100] * 100
100 - d = 69
Take d to right side
100 = 69 + d
Take 69 to left side
100 - 69 = d
31 = d

d is 31

100-d = 69
taking 100 on rhs we get
-d = 69-100
now taking (-) sign on rhs we get
d = 100-69
d = 31

Anandhu04: how (1- d/100) = 69/100 became 100 -d=69
