Answer:

The digested food molecules get out of the liver through the hepatic portal vein, in the blood which contains some concentration of food molecules and oxygen, and these molecules are distributed around the body by the bloodstream. The soluble food molecules are absorbed from the blood into cells to provide the organism with energy.
