concentrared sugar solution is called hypertoic solution(more or high concentration).if a cell is placed in such a solution the water will move out of the cell i.e exosmosis takes place. the protoplasm will shrink.therefore it is called plasmosis.
if the rheo leaves kept in boiled water,the plant cell would be killed and if we p[ut concentrated sugar solution on it nothing happens because the cell is dead and no protoplasm will takes place.

Answer if rheo leaves are put in concentrated solution the water will move out of the cell ie exosmosis will occur protoplasm will shrink by plasmolysis if they are placed in sugar solution
If they are kept in boiled water plant cell would be killed and if we put concentrated sugar solution on it nothing would happen because cell is dead no plasmolysis will occur
