Normality indicate the concentration of the solution. normality is also know as the equivalent concentration of the solution. normality definition is the weight of solute dissolved in a leter of solution. normality of a solution can be calculated when atomic mass and volume are know.

Normality --
★Normality is the measure of concentration which is equal to gram equivalent of solute/volume of solution(litre)
★ It's unit is represented by N. And also by eq./litre
★Normality is used most of the time for titration purposes.
★N = M x (n - factor)
where N = normality
M = molarity
#How to calculate n-factor?
★It depends on the number of Hydrogen present in an acid and OH present in a base.
★For salts we see charges.
example -
H2SO4 - 2
HCl - 1
NaCl - 1 (because Na have +1 charge and Cl have -1 charge)
