Problem you will face if you excessively utilise natural resources

Explanation:

  • Natural resources are those provided to humanity by our world without human interference. They are necessary for life, but they can be depleted if they are consumed at greater speed than their normal regeneration.
  • The uncontrolled natural resources consumption has significant consequences leading to the disappearance of habitats vital for fauna and flora and therefore the loss of biodiversity/extinction of species. There would be less CO2 sinks ( leading to greenhouse gas increase), and therefore more air contamination, if forests are not taken care of.
  • It exhausts  the life support systems of the planet including those that supply fresh water for us and leaves us without any resources that are essential for our health and quality of life.
  • Other effects are ozone depletion, global warming, oil depletion, water pollution, frequent natural disasters, forced migration (involuntary/coerced movement of people away from their home), desertification ( land degradation ), soil erosion, and deforestation
