Explain, when a pot of freshly cooked rice is opened there are always tiny drops of water on the underside of the lid of the pot

Heya,

Water droplets on the underside of the lid are present due to the condensation of water vapour to water.

As you know that, the rice is freshly cooked so it will be hot. Steam comes out of the rice and when it comes in contact with the cool lid it condenses to form water droplets.
