For a rational number to be terminating, the denominator needs to have either 2 or 5 or both 2 and 5 as it's prime factors
If the prime factors of the denominator aren't so, then the fraction becames a non terminating repeating one
30=2*3*5
Here the prime factors are of the denominator i.e 30 also includes 3
So the decimal expansion won't be a terminating one
