Motion is a relative term. A body may be in motion with respect to something and in state of rest with respect to other.
The walls of a classroom are in a state of rest with respect to their surroundings such as trees, desk, blackboard, etc. But the same body i.e. The walls of the classroom are in a state of motion with respect to heavenly bodies such as Sun, Mars, Moon, etc. It is because the walls of classroom are on Earth which is in motion.
