The walls are at rest with respect to the Earth. When you are sitting in the classroom, you are also at rest with respect to the Earth, and so the walls do not seem to be moving to you.

However, if you choose another frame of reference, the walls ARE in motion. The Earth is spinning on its axis. An observer from space would say that the continents, countries, cities, schools, classrooms, and walls are moving.

The entire Earth is also moving through space around the sun. Again, with that frame of reference (motion with respect to the sun), the walls ARE in motion.

Even further, the entire Milky Way galaxy is moving through space, so again the walls ARE in motion.
