4(3×1×3×101+1)
4(909+1)
4×910
4×910×1
....it has more than 2 factors (1 and itself) thus it is a composite number
...

3×12×101+4=4(3×3×101+1)=4(909+1)=4×910

Since the number has more than two factors (e.g.-4,910,1), therefore it is a composite number.
