explain why 5×11×17+17 is a composite number while 7×6×5×3+5 is not a composite number​

It is very easy... we know that every composite number can be written in the form of product of prime numbers... here 5*11*17+17 it is in the form of product of primes.. but 7*6*3*5+5 is also composite number because 6 can be written in 2*3 .
