Composite numbers are those numbers which are not prime and have factors more than one.

When we solve 7×11×13+13 we get 1014 which has factors more than one.

And

When we solve 7×6×5×4×3×2×1+5 we get 5045 which has factors more than one

So, both the numbers are composite numbers.
