Explanation:

First

= 7×11×13+13

= 13 (7×11+1)

= 13 (77+1)

= 13×78

= 13×2×3×13

= 13×13×3×2

It cannot be factorised in prime numbers. It is a composite number.

Second

= 7×6×5×4×3×2×1+5

= 5 (7×6×5×4×3×2×1+1)

= 5×1009

It cannot be factorised in prime numbers. It is a composite number.

Hence, these both are composite numbers.
