Hey friend..!! here's your answer
________________________

7 × 6 × 5 × 4 × 3 × 2 × 1 + 7

7 (6 × 5 × 4 × 3 × 2 × 1 + 1)

7 (720 + 1)
7 × 721
7 × 721 = 7 × 7 × 103

The given expression has 7 and 103 as it factors other than 1 and number itself.

So it is an composite number .
