  • A charged balloon is repelled by another charged balloon→ because both the balloons contain same type of charges.
  • We know the like charges repel each other.
  • A balloon is charged while other is uncharged so they have no same charges. Therefore charged balloon attracts uncharged balloon.

A charge balloon is referred by another charged balloon because both have the same charge and we know that similar charges rebel each other but i charge object like balloon tracks and answers balloons and lose it own charge to the other balloon .
