as we go up in water the pressure decrease and hence the surface tension released on the bubble making it bigger in siize

This is because there is more pressure at the bottom of the lake than at its surface. therefore, as the bubble rises up, the pressure of water on it goes on decreasing as a result its volume goes on increasing.
