A hypermetropic person cannot see nearby objects clearly while he can see distant objects clearly as his near point is more than 25 cm. Therefore, his far point will be infinity(here, sky) , so his eye can easily focus the image of the sky on the retina. So, there is no need to wear spectacles at that time.

the near point of hypometric eyes is more than 25 CM away such as a person has to hold the reading material at an arm's length much beyond 25cm from the eyes for comfortable reading hypermetropia is just the opposite of myopia the defect of eye called hypermetropia or long sightedness is caused by (i) due to low converging power of eye lens because of its large focal length (ii) due to eyeball being too short
