acceleration means the increase in speed as the body moves in uniform velocity the acceleration is zero.
Eg.a car moves in a uniform velocity of 20 km/hr without any acceleration i.e increase in speed so acceleration is zero.

acceleration means change in velocity but if velocity becomes uniform I.e, no change in velocity; which simply means the acceleration is zero in this case.
