✴Air is called heterogeneous mixture because of the following reasons:-

✔The constituents of air vary from place to place depending upon the location.

✔The constituents of air can be separated by physical means which is by liquification and then fractional distillation.

✔Turing the combustion only oxygen takes part in chemical reaction.

☑️ IF DISTRIBUTION OF PARTICLES IS NOT UNIFORM THROUGHOUT THE MIXTURE THIS IS KNOWN AS HETEROGENOUS MIXTURE.

✴️ AIR FULL FILL THE DEFINE SO ITS A HETEROGENEOUS MIXTURE.

COMPOSITION OF AIR :-

ITS CONTAINS VARIOUS GAS.IN UNFIXED RATIO.THIS SHOW PROPERTY OF HETEROGENEOUS MIXTURE.

✴️ NITROGEN :- 78.09%

✴️ 0.93% ARGON.

✴️ 0.04 % CARBON DIOXIDE.
