Endothermic reaction is the reaction in which energy is wither obsorbed or supplied during reaction.

All type of decomposition reactions need some energy to form New chemical substances. This energy can be of various forms like light, heat, electricity,etc.

As energy is supplied in every decomposition reaction, all decomposition reactions are endothermic.

Example :- 2H2O --> 2H2 + O2.

decomposition is a chemical reaction where a single substance breaks into two or more simple substances when heated. The reaction is usually endothermic because heat is required to break the bonds present in the substance.
