Anger is dangerous..because it destroys our mental health, physical health and emotional health and our material wealth..OMG...anger is so much powerful than we think ...
headache
digestion problems, such as abdominal pain
insomnia
increased anxiety
depression
high blood pressure
skin problems, such as eczema
heart attack
stroke...etc are the problems that comes due to anger.....
Anger management means Northing more than thinking..just think ,feel , understand the situation...don't be decieved by your anger...
It will give you a sense of achievement and make you feel more positive.
You may feel more relaxed, healthier and more able to get a good night's sleep.
You may develop stronger relationships.
You may feel happier.
BUDDHA once said ..HOLDING ONTO ANGER IS GRASPING A HOT COAL WITH THE INTENT TO THROWING IT AT SOMEONE ELSE.........BUT YOU ARE THE ONE WHO GETS BURNED.......hmmm.... understand anger just harms us not others....
It doesnt mean don't get angry...getting angry is one of ours top listed emotion...so we can't control it.. so get angry in right way
