Shakespeare seems to be alluding to the story in Genesis that God created man out of the dust and breathed life into him. Antony could "bleeding" because he was only recently killed.

He calls him like that because people aren't feeling anything bad for him.

Caesar's lifeless body bears bleeding stab wounds. It lies with blood all over as lifeless as the ground beneath him.
