Most of the chemical changes are irreversible because chemicals or say when 2 chemicals are combined ionically... that means a chemical reaction they don't tend to break up by a physical method...

Explanation: so in very simple words the chemicals combined ionicallyionically or say when chemical reaction is taking place then we can't obtain it's constituent elements/compounds again by the help of physical means... and at last it's chemical property also changes...
